SME Strategy Group provides business consulting services and develops practical software solutions for our clients. I oversee our Strategic Business Consulting group and my team of consultants that are leading Subject Matter Experts in many industries.

Primary Responsibilities:
► Provide leadership, insight, and direction to the company’s operational divisions (Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Technology and Sustainability)
► Review work activities and job programs in conjunction with the company's operations and client's requirements
► Interface with clients, business partners, internal/external stakeholders and industry leaders fostering relationships
► Formulate short and long term goals consistent with the company's financial and operational objectives
► Oversee planning and implementation of the business plan
► Effectively communicate company objectives, goals, business plans, concerns and philosophies to employees, business partners and internal/external stakeholders

Provides support for public and private stakeholders involved in the pharmaceutical and medical device supply chain. Leverages fundamental supply chain principles, stays up to date on the latest market/industry conditions, identifies emerging trends, strategies and best practices to help his clients gain a competitive advantage with forward thinking ideas and implementing cutting edge IT solutions.
